I like to send my 16 year old art cards. And she loves receiving them. This is the one I sent this week. I used an easy technique to frame it. I die cut the rectangle from the rectangle background. I then used oxide ink to color the smaller rectangle blue. I adhered the larger rectangle on card base. I popped up the blue inside with foam, giving it nice dimension. I then added the winged woman and the saying.
Very easy!
Happy Crafting!
