yumm...I made my own birthday cake and it was gooood!
My kids came for pizza (husband said he can handle pizza when I said I would not be cooking for my birthday). But I did make my birthday cake...
Aloha cake yellow cake with coconut extract and baked in a 9" x 13" pan. Once it is cool, top it with a can of drained pineapple and vanilla pudding. Then it is all topped off with whip cream. I also threw in some flaked coconut in the pudding. How Divine!
