happy mother collage

I made this collage this morning- just a quick collage to get my mojo going. Then I read with a sad heart about a little 3 year old that was suffocated and buried by his mother. She buried him in a sand box at a park. How so very sad. It was so ironic to me- it was as I was scanning in the collage that I read about this. I think that little boy is in a better place now...

That is a tragic story.

It's so weird about your collage...
The color blocking told me a whole story instantly!
The mother is married to the older guy on the right (in front of the orange). He's real happy 'cause he has a son to carry on in his business and carry on the family name.
BUT, the real father is the younger guy in front of the blue block with the green pointing to him. He's very hurt looking 'cause he knows the boy is his and he loves the mother and he can't do anything about any of this. He knows too, he will have to leave so he won't have to watch the whole family thing that should be his.
Whew, glad I got that out!
But look closer, there's more...
The blue block is an ocean map: the sea the jilted young man is going to cross.
The orange has a ladder for the ladder of success the husband is going to climb.
And now I'm tired must rest!
