My husband and I took a few days to drive down to South Carolina to visit my mother-in-law. We drove through the Shenandoah Valley and I took these pictures of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. How beautiful is this country? I will use these for painting for sure...

Oh you were so lucky to get to drive down the Shenandoah Valley this fall. I've always thought it was one of the most beautiful places during that time of the year.
Hope you enjoyed SC. I used to live there, and was supposed to be there this weekend, but my back went out, and here I sit still in TN!
