Discombobulated
I am feeling a little DISCOMBOBULATED and I made this journal page yesterday to reflect how I am feeling. We've been doing a lot of house hunting and I've been gearing up emotionally to get ready to move- which means leaving my grown children and my friends. We were to actually make an offer this week, but my dear husband said he is just not ready to move, having just retired- he wants a rest period where he does nothing for a time. I can really understand that, so we'll now wait until the spring time and revisit the move then. In a way it's freeing, because now I can focus on being here for the next 6 months and working on my art business.

I like this one...
I totally understand what you are feeling. I went through something similar not long ago and it tugs and pulls at you emotionally. Your journal page is beautiful.
isn't is wonderful how life moments affect our art?
enjoy your work!
Woo Hoo! 6 more months of proximity!!!
I'm easily discombobulated so I can really relate to this! Also my folks have just moved from our childhood home, & it was tough. Lots of goodbyes to say... even though they are still nearby.
I think you'll appreciate this:
