Life's simple pleasures that are often overlooked...

Life in the country... (well OK, "officially" suburbia, since Manhattan is a mere 50 miles away), but just 8 miles up the road is an orchard that grows everything that can be grown. And PEACHES are in now...

One of life's little pleasure is fresh-from-the-orchard-peaches. They are sublime. They are sweet, they are tangy. They are juicy. One bite into a peach such as this and the world seems a little nicer some how...so often I over look the small gifts and today I give a nod to the gift of a locally grown, perfect, plump peach.
