After a full day of cleaning, sorting and de-cluttering I have a work space back! I feel relived!
I went to Home Goods and found a 3 tier shelf with a little drawer to fit beside my work desk.
Now a lot of what was on my work desk is now on this shelf, right next to me- still handy but out of the way. I also put loose items in pretty boxes on the shelves to add hide more clutter.
I feel like creating something again...how nice!

I also now have a bag of give-away items. My friend is a teacher and I'll be giving the items to her class. I am glad they will be used. Sometimes we artists buy things that we just never use. Now I don't feel like the money was wasted knowing that they will be used by local school kids.

Congratulations on taming all the elements of creative art making! Seems to be a constant battle that I lose more often than not. I am inspired to make another stab at it. Happy New Year!

Happy to see you got your work space all neat and tidy! Those were some good ideas you came up with to organize yourself. I am continually paring down and rearranging. One day I'll be happy with the studio, I just know it!
Glad you were able to give your not-needed-goodies to a teacher. She and her students will be so happy to get them, I'm sure.
